SECRETEA from Maizuru cultivates premium honey black tea given its splendid natural environment.
During the summer season, an enormous number of tea green leafhoppers are gathered in their evergreen tea garden.
The insects are tempted to bite on tea tree shoots when they cling to the shoots, hence the nickname of being “salivated.”
Afterward, the taste of honey becomes concealed in the tea.
It is easy to indulge in the refreshing nectar upon the first sip, and crave for the lasting taste upon the second sip.
